About Me

A Clean House Is a Healthy House

My mother always kept a very clean house, so when she began neglecting her house cleaning, I knew something was wrong. She told me that her arthritis was making it tough for her to clean, but that she "didn't care" and that she would just "live with the dirt." I offered to clean her house many times, but she always told me no and that the dirt didn't bother her. When I noticed her sneezing from the dust in her home one day, I decided to research the health effects of a dirty house and print it all off to show her. After I left the papers with her overnight, she then let me hire a cleaning service to clean her house! I know there are others out there in a similar situation, so I want to share my research and cleaning tips with anyone who needs them!

4 Reasons To Hire A Professional Housekeeper

Housework such as the cleaning, laundry and dishes can be difficult to keep up with when you have a full-time job, family or other obligations that may keep you from doing these household chores. The work around your home can begin to build up, and before long you're able to write your name in the dust on your furnishings, or your laundry and dish piles look like they could be in the Guinness Book of World Records. If this is the case for you, hiring a professional housekeeping service may be something you should look into. See below for 4 top reasons to hire a housekeeper.

Convenience

Hiring a housekeeper will make things easier for you, but it will be convenient for you as well. You can ask that a housekeeper come to your home at whatever time is more convenient for you. So if your have an infant or toddler at home that naps at a certain time each day, you can schedule your housekeeper to come prior to or after that nap time. You can ask that your housekeeper comes to your home when you aren't home or when you are, and however often you like.

Ease Of Stress

If you're trying to do it all -- keeping up with the housework, working at your day job and paying attention to the family -- you're probably pretty stressed out and could use the break. Hiring a housekeeper can help ease that stress and change up your focus to only on your job, family or both, rather than being focused on the dusting and vacuuming.

Healthier Atmosphere

Having your house cleaned professionally will not just make your home look cleaner, it will BE cleaner. Pet hair won't be seen in clumps around your floors any longer, and dust won't be built up (and dust mites won't have anywhere to live). You will be breathing in cleaner air, which is especially healthier for anyone in your family with allergies or breathing problems. Germs and bacteria will be cleaned properly from all surfaces, which can help prevent the spread of illnesses.

Expertise

A professional housekeeper will have the knowledge of how to remove stains, how to properly clean all types of different surfaces (such as granite counters or wood floors), and how to best clean your windows.

Your home will be clean and sparkling like new, without you needing to lift a finger to do so. Contact a professional housekeeping service today
